  My first experience at a bagel shop was here at Memo's Bagel Cafe and I was highly delighted. This place captures a very authentic feel to bagels & breakfasts and I was amazed at how good my bagel was.
  
  I ordered a spinach parmesan bagel with mushrooms and cream cheese. that sounds gross written down but it was honestly flame lol. the bagel was made quickly and came out super warm. the nice lady who works here is so enthusiastic and cheerful. I loved ordering with her!
  
  the shop is kind of small but there are tables to sit outside. Apart of a shopping center, Memo's Bagel Cafe has plenty of parking near the shop and the environment wasn't too busy nor too loud. I'll definitely be coming back!!

  I'd like to give this little local family owned joint 5 stars, but occasionally the wait can be exceptionally long, even when there are only a few customers. There is an older man who is in the back/behind the register who appears to be picking up and checking time cards. He seems like the owner, which is even more strange that he doesn't say hello or welcome, he also doesn't help the ONE worker take orders. She does it all and looks stressed at times, especially when several orders are beeping in from UBER eats- and again the older man just stand there and let's it been which is super aggravating!
  
  The product is good, always fresh, and fairly priced . Most people take it to go, because there are only a few outside tables.

  The one star is not for the food, but for the customer service and I am sorry to have to write this because we used to love getting our bagels here.
  
  I called in bagels this morning around 9:30 or so and the fake-blonde haired lady who I usually give our order to picked up as she normally does. I gave her my order and she then hangs up on the phone on me...she did not say anything to me...she literally just hung up the phone..she did not stop to think that I perhaps was not even finished with our order, or to say ok thank you, or is that all...she just hung up...like click!
  
  This same lady actually always hangs up without saying bye, sometimes she will give some kind of hum or noise before she hangs up or something to signify the end of the call , but she has never once said bye, she just hangs up...which is very rude to loyal paying customers who frequent this establishment several times a week.
  
  Today happened to be the rudest of all days, and I felt compelled to politely tell this lady that hanging up on customers is not the best, so I politely called back and said to her that she had hung up on my face and I may have more to order.. I was very friendly about this, and the lady got very rude and defensive and said she hung up on me because she had another line..then she started getting really upset and told us not to come back..! .but this is a reoccurring thing and it is rude to the customer to always get hung up on..this is a local family owned establishment and it should feel as such...it is very cold to just hang up on your loyal customers...especially not knowing if we are done placing an order!
  
  For an employee to tell a customer do not come here again because she does not have the patience to take an order, does not make any sense as to why a place like this would be supported. This lady had hurt this business more than once, I think she is very rude, and shows her 3rd  world thinking. We will not be back until this employee has been let go.
  
  What a disappointment. It is so sad to see hard working owners being set back by their own people. Goodbye Memo Bagels.

  The best bagels I've ever had! They have a crazy amount of assortments & endless toppings. They also have so many drink options-- we were so excited to see all of our options. We also were welcomed with the best customer service I've had. I can't wait to make this a regular breakfast stop!

  O my gosh this place never disappoints.. Prompt courteous service with a smile . I love the breakfast bagels Nd will be going back again soon .. thanks guys
